Hi, I’m Teresa — the founder of TA Virtual Solutions and your trusted virtual assistant.
 

With over 38 years of experience within finance operations, I bring a strong foundation of business support, operational insight, and process management to every client I work with. For 17 of those years, I held a senior management role at a wholly owned subsidiary of Asda/Walmart, where I managed the transactional finance teams within a large shared service environment. My responsibilities included overseeing day-to-day operations, driving efficiencies, and leading on project work including systems implementations and much more — all within a fast-paced, high-volume setting. 

In 2020, I took a career break to live and travel in Spain, embracing new experiences and cultures. That time gave me fresh perspective and renewed energy. After returning to the UK in 2024, I began supporting a local travel consultant, providing VIP concierge services to ensure smooth, stress-free holidays for high-end clients.

As I started helping others in my professional network with admin and business support tasks, it became clear that my wealth of transferable skills, combined with my love for organisation and problem-solving, were perfectly suited to launching my own Virtual Assistant business.

Today, I support small businesses, entrepreneurs and busy professionals who need a reliable, experienced pair of hands behind the scenes — someone who understands the importance of accuracy, discretion, and getting things done.
