Hi, I’m Teresa - the founder of TA Virtual Solutions and your trusted executive assistant.
 

With over 38 years of experience within finance operations, I bring a strong foundation of business support, operational insight, and process management to every client I work with. 

For the last 17 years of my corporate career, I held a senior management role at a wholly owned subsidiary of Asda/Walmart, where I led transactional finance teams within a large shared service environment. Alongside day-to-day operations and driving efficiencies, I played a key role in business critical projects - including the successful transition of all master data into my area of  responsibility. This required a deep understanding of data governance, GDPR compliance and system controls.  I also led initiatives relating to anti-bribery, FCPA (Foreign Corruption Practices Act), and AML (Anti-Money Laundering), delivering stringent regulatory standards and ethical operations - all within a high volume and fast paced environment. 

In 2020, I took a career break to live and travel abroad, embracing new experiences and cultures. That time gave me fresh perspective and renewed energy. After returning to the UK in 2024, I began supporting a local travel consultant, providing VIP concierge services to ensure smooth, stress-free but well organised holidays for high-end clients.

As I started helping others in my professional network with admin and business support tasks, it became clear that my wealth of transferable skills, combined with my love for organisation and problem-solving, were perfectly suited to launching my own Remote EA/VA business. I provide dedicated bespoke solutions, bringing support, structure and organisation to chaotic and demanding environments.

Today, I support small businesses, entrepreneurs and busy professionals who need a reliable, experienced pair of hands offering accuracy, discretion, and efficient execution.
