Hi, I’m Teresa - founder of TA Virtual Solutions Ltd and your trusted executive partner.

With over 38 years of experience in finance operations, I bring a strong foundation of business support, operational insight, and process management to every client I work with.

For 17 years of my corporate career, I held a senior management role at International Procurement & Logistics (IPL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Walmart, the global retail giant. I led transactional finance operations within a large shared service environment and played a key role in major business-critical projects, including:

• Leading a full Master Data transformation project — consolidating data from across the business and establishing a new dedicated Master Data team.
   
• Supporting the implementation of Microsoft D365 — working across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Master Data to embed new systems and processes.
   
• Working with Walmart and Asda to implement new FCPA and anti-bribery frameworks across the business
   
• Partnering with Legal and Compliance to design and implement GDPR controls and strengthen risk and governance frameworks.
   

This work demanded deep knowledge of governance and compliance, alongside the ability to deliver consistently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

In 2022, I took a career break to live and travel in Spain, embracing new experiences and cultures. That time away gave me fresh perspective and renewed energy.

When I returned to the UK in 2024, I began supporting a local travel consultant, providing VIP concierge services and ensuring clients enjoyed seamless, stress-free holidays.

As I began helping others in my professional network with admin and business support, it became clear that my love of organisation, process efficiency, and problem-solving were the perfect foundation for launching TA Virtual Solutions Ltd.

Today, I provide bespoke, reliable support that allows business owners to focus on growth while I manage the detail with structure, governance, and efficiency.
